Meet your Practitioner
My name is Jessica and I am the founder and owner of Hudson River Homeopathy. I am a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy, Holistic Health Practitioner , as well as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I was born in NJ, raised in the Hudson Valley area of NY and have worked in Healthcare for over 28 years.
When i was in my early 20's, I developed extreme anxiety and was put on multiple prescription medications. I would cycle through each one for a while, never really feeling better. I wasn't eating well, and wasn't exercising. After years of this cycle I decided to break it. I started leaning towards holistic healing, including weaning off all of my medications and started feeling much better...
Fast forward to the fall of 2004, when i started to develop many strange symptoms and bounced from doctor to doctor with no answers. After 5 years of dealing with a multitude of issues, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, Babesia and Bartonella along with mold toxicity. I began a regimen of medications including multiple types of antibiotics and anti-malarial drugs. Instead of feeling better, I was feeling worse. It wasn't until I took a holistic approach, did I start feeling better and I have made a full recovery!
While seeking out alternative treatment options, I became very passionate about disease prevention and alternative medicine, which is what lead me down the path of wellness education, and determined that my calling is to provide better health care options. I studied and earned my degree at Pure Vitality University and Trinity School of Natural Health. I then became Board Certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the American Natural Wellness Practitioners Board. I am also a Certified level 3 Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher. I have made it my mission to support others on their health journey with mind-body healing, healthy eating, toxin free supplements, and other health and wellness modalities. I continue to study to keep up to date with the latest in Holistic Healthcare and Naturopathic Medicine..
I offer in person and virtual health and wellness evaluations with Bio-Energetic screening sessions. There is no one size fits all, so using the mind-body approach, I help create personalized plans tailored to each individual client. We also offer additional services you can explore.
